The "Register" is the essential place where participants register, enter their personal informations, retrieve their schedules and organize their professional meetings. In a "virtual festival" version, this space is now the heart of the festival, it must be bright, welcoming, complete and in the colors of the event.

When they design the Register, the FestiCiné team adapts your festival's graphic charter, incorporating its codes, colors, poster and variations.

The Register reception is here in the colors of the 12th edition of the festival, for a welcoming layout that gives an overview of the site's functionalities and access to them.

A precise layout, inviting reading.

The Co-Production Village page, where participants discover the film projects selected by the festival with a view to provoking collaborations, is intended to be sober, readable and efficient, presenting all the projects with essential information.

Each project is then presented on a complete page, with a hierarchical layout and pleasant to browse, mixing texts, photos and integrated videos.

Protected videos.

The Work In Progress (WIP) are presented in two videos of approximately 1h30 each. Other festivals prefer to show as much video as there is WIP, this is also a possible choice. These videos are valuable because they are clips from films that are not finished, they should not circulate outside of the registered participants. They are thus integrated directly into the page, it is not possible to access them without having gone through a validated registration, then having entered this password protected area.

Under the videos, each project is presented exhaustively with all the necessary information in text and images.

The FestiCiné Register is the hub for your participants. This is where they manage their personal informations (contact information, newsletter preferences, what they want to share and keep public). This is also where they will find useful informations during a face-to-face event: transport information, their hotel, arrival instructions ... You can put everything that seems important to you in PDF format, in addition to the information automatically generated from FestiCiné.

Finally, it is here that participants find their schedule: One to one meetings and events organized by the festival, as well as the list of participants generated automatically and in real time, according to the registrations validated for your event.

A more visual site.

A "digital" event must compensate for the lack of usual interactions of its "face-to-face" operation. We have therefore placed the emphasis on a more readable, more illustrated, more attractive, more welcoming site.

Save on a catalog.

You will not be able to distribute a paper catalog, except for expensive mailings. That's no problem: the professional layout of the new Register will replace your catalog. And that's less layout and printing costs!
